Notes on Networking

Occasional writing about protocols, tunnels and transport design.

This is a small personal site collecting notes on how modern transport protocols behave in the real world: handshake latency, congestion control, multiplexing trade-offs, and the operational side of keeping long-lived connections healthy across consumer networks.

Topics so far: HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 connection reuse, TLS session resumption, MTU black holes, and why upload and download paths deserve separate measurement.
